Concentration: 5% + 22%

So called mineral, inorganic or physical UV filters, these metal oxide particles are used as sunscreen filters which deposit onto the skin and absorb UV photons and slightly reflect and refract them.

When used together, ZnO and TiO2 provide good broadband UV protection. The only two filters actually considered as generally recognized as safe according to the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

By filtering harmful UV rays, they help to protect the skin from the harmful effects of the sun, such as sunburn, premature skin aging, hyperpigmentation, cellular damage, skin dryness, and weakened skin defenses. It is effective rapidly after application and drying to protect without delay. Beneficial for all skin types, it is particularly recommended on sensitive and acne prone skins because it does not clog pores.

My all-time favourite SPF 50 product

This product, along with the Serum Sunscreen SPF 50+, is my all-time favourite SPF 50 product.

As I am approaching 40 years old, clean and responsible products are a must-have for me. So I love that the powder has broad-spectrum protection against UVA, UVB, infrared (IR), and blue light with SPF 50+ coverage, but it is also free of synthetic fragrance, endocrine disruptors, controversial preservatives, and synthetic dyes and is vegan, gluten-free, and cruelty-free.

I have super sensitive skin, so I get pimples each time I apply a product that contains harmful and unhealthy ingredients.

And the other thing that I love about this powder is that, since I am living on Costa del Sol, where the sun is very strong, I can reapply the powder as many times as needed without using my hands directly on my face, regardless of where I am during the day. And I love the texture. I simply can't get enough of this product, and I am not exaggerating.

My everyday product

I have been using this product daily since it was launched. I love that it is not only a quick and easy way to reapply SPF but it is also a skincare product thanks to the biomimetic peptides. For me it is also a make-up product. Since I have been using the powder, which evens out my skin tone and blurs pores, I no longer use foundation in my daily life.

Only one color available. Leaves a lot of residue on clothes.
